Parent-Child Relational
Development Model

Speaking & Workshops

PCRDM for your organization or community.

Bring a thoughtful exploration of parent-child relationships and developmental change to your organization or community.

What to Expect

An accessible introduction to the changing parent-child relationship for conference, staff, and community audiences. No clinical background is needed.

Speaking engagements introduce PCRDM through familiar experiences: a teenager wanting their views heard, an adult child seeking independence, or a family adjusting as a parent grows older. These examples offer a shared language for understanding why roles and expectations sometimes fall out of step.

Workshops allow more time for guided reflection, discussion, and questions. Participants consider how the model relates to relationships they know and how greater awareness of each person’s experience can open new ways of communicating.

The emphasis is on understanding and everyday relevance. The topic, depth, and balance of presentation and participation are planned with the organizer around the audience and available time.
